Location: @ the intersection of Government Road and Clark Road, between the stop sign and railroad tracks - same building as Day Time Cycling. Head towards Day Time - but go around the left side of the building past the side residential entrance. The entrance to Union Health and Performance usually has our sandwich board outside it.
Parking: roadside parking is available; as well as underground within stalls #30-32 or along the back wall labelled Residential Visitor Parking
